It provides real-time device protection from the moment you turn it on. Your clients are only able to access the applications and settings that you approve, at all times. Clients are unable to jailbreak, reset, or hack the devices by any means.
No. Our tablets comes with a 4G LTE cellular connection powered by Verizon Wireless. Your patients will be fully connected and ready for appointments wherever they are.
In order to provide the most competitive pricing, we do require organizations to commit to at least 1 year of service for each device. We offer tiered discounts on multi-year commitments.
Our pricing structure is simple and transparent. You are billed for the following:
- One-time setup fee
- One-time cost of device
- One-time cost of device case
- Annual cost of unlimited 4G LTE data connection
- Annual device managed service fee
- Managed fulfillment & distribution fees
We understand that our services are often covered by grants, and we believe access to telemedicine is a right that should be available to all clients. Our pricing structure is designed to be accessible to all community health organizations, and, therefore, will always be consistent and transparent.
The devices are locked into the telehealth interface and are of no value to anyone but the client. If the device is lost, stolen, or damaged, we place the device into a non-functioning mode that displays the phone number of our support team and instructions for how to return the device.
Every device is insured against loss, theft, and damage at the time of purchase. Our team will automatically file a claim on your behalf and issue a new device to your organization immediately.
Your organization owns the device, and you can re-purpose it at any time. The cost of purchasing the device is included in your first year of service.
